FREE Race Day Fueling Plan Templates
It's time to take what you practiced in training and create your own Race Day Nutrition Plan! There are 3 templates included - one for half marathon and marathon, a more generic one for single sport (trail runners, cyclists etc), and one for triathletes.
You'll be prompted to write down your carb loading goals (guidelines included to calculate yours), and your individualized meals, snacks and nutrition goals before, during and after your event.
Don't leave these important details to race weekend - plan this stuff out well in advance to remove any unnecessary stress!
