This 5-page guide gives you detailed nutrition advice to on how to stay well-nourished when you travel. First, I walk you through specific foods to bring with you for the the travel days themselves. These are tips that can apply to ANY time you're on the go, even if you're only out for a few hours. If you're traveling by plane, I also share how to keep food cold and how to get certain foods through security.
Then, I cover the days leading up to and immediately after the trip, when you're home and may not have all your usual fresh foods available. I provide a checklist of non-perishable and longer-lasting perishable foods that you can stock in your fridge, freezer, and pantry, plus ideas for how to put these foods together to make delicious and nutritious meals and snacks.
